Objection：To study renal carcinoma vascularity with color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI）、pulsed wave Doppler （PW） and three-dimensional color power angrography （3D-CPA）,the blood supply and hemodynamic parameters were recorded ,tumor vascularity index （VI）of 3D-CPA was then quantified in the study .
目的：本研究应用彩色多普勒血流显像（color Doppler flow imaging，CDFI）、脉冲多普勒（pulsed wave Doppler，PW）和三维彩色血管能量成像（three-dimensional color power angiography，3D-CPA）检测肾癌血供情况及血流动力学参数，定量计测肿瘤血管指数（vascularity index，VI）；
Results The diameter of cavernous hemangioma was significantly decreased from(6.9±1.6)cm to(3.7±1.1)cm in 3 months(P<0.01) and(1.2±0.8)cm after 6 months(P< 0.01). The blood supply to cavernous hemangioma was completely disappeared.
