STUDIES ON THE BIOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION OF THE CROPPING SYSTEM ON THE UPLAND RED SOIL IN SOUTHEASTERN CHINA Ⅱ A Study on the Microflora and Crop Yield Potential in the Grass planted Sloping Wasteland
In the scope of covering straw 0 ~ 8 t/ha(0~533kg/mu) , increasing 1t/ha ( 67kg/mu ) in wheat and corn fields, their output will increase wheat 3.51%, corn 14.2%.
2. Frequency that major traditional Chinese medicine was used: herb of spneading hedyotis, radix arnebiae, herb of barbed skullcap, centipede, motherwort herb, root of dan-shen, radix paeoniae rubra was 85.7%, 81.3%, 76.7%, 73.3%, 81.2%, 87.2% and 72.0% respectively.
Heartleaf houttuynia herb could inhibit the epithelial cells apoptosis of colonic mucous membrane and the expression of ICAM-1 (45.8±5.7 vs 30.7±4.1 %, P<0.05).
Results: The results indicated that Lycopodii herb decoction was able to remarkably decreased CD4~+、 CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ of the immunosthenic model in mice , and also remarkably enhanced CD4+~ 、CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ of the immunorepressive model in mice .
(5) The highest biomass of the legumes and grasses are Caoyuan-2 intermediate and RST-hyrid ( Elylrigia) respectively, their fresh biomass are 32.4 t/hm2 and 19.6 t/hm2, hay production are 8.6 t/hm2 and 7.1 t/hm2 in the second year.
Considering the total coverage,the total aboveground biomass,species biomass and coverage of fine herbage of alpine grassland,the best manure amount for natural alpine meadow is 150 kg/hm~2,which can increase the total fresh aboveground biomass 2 883 kg/hm~2 or 1 770 kg/hm~2 fresh grasses yield.
The experiment result showing:when amount of Bensulfuronmethy1,Dichloro-quinoline acid and Pyrazosulfuronethy1 applied was of 0.045kg/hm 2,0.9kg/hm 2 and 0.02kg/hm 2 respectively,rate of turf weeds controlled was 83.3%,85.7% and 92.4% separately and the turf grasses growed well.
Among the grasses, the effect of Paspalum notatum (50%) + White Clover(50%) is the best, Lofty Fescuegrass(40%) + White Clover(40%) + Perennial Ryegrass(20%) ranks the second and Perennial Ryegrass(30%) + Annual Bluegrass(30%) + White Clover(40%) is the third.
The 26 remaining spectral clusters were merged into six vegetation types using the Chinese vegetation taxonomy system: evergreen broad-leaved forest, coniferous forest, bamboo forest, shrub-grass, aquatic vegetation, and agricultural vegetation.
Thirdly, based on gray cognate analyses of factors affecting runoff and sediment production in sloping land, the factors of stand canopy density and herb and litter biomass were the most significant ones, whose gray incidence degree exceeded 0.6.
At each site, we quantified 6 habitat variables (species richness, abundance, and percentage of grasses and shrubs coverage respectively at the bottom layer of forests) within randomly determined 5 m × 5 m areas.
However, there was no correlation of SLA with the activity of phospho(enol)pyruvate carboxylase (EC 4.1.1.31), an anaplerotic carboxylation enzyme of grasses.
