Method:Observe the effect on platelet aggregating function and content of blood plasma TXB 2 and6-keto -PGF 1a by platelet aggregation tes and radioim-munoprecipitation,the result brought by Qidantian capsule through model of male gerontic mouse as the blood stasis model.
Methods Mimic qi-deficiency and blood stasis model was adopted by mouse swim- ming in 8℃ cold water with heavy burden to determine the changes of the continuous breath time after decapitation of mouse and changes in biochemical metabolism of brain tissues after CGB given.
Using the method of hunger and fatigue to establish Qi-Deficiency and Blood-Stasis model rats, the content of NO in blood plasma was measured with enzymeimmunoassay method, the level of NO markably raising in model rats was detected. Both large and small doses of A. A in the ratio of 3 to 1 and 3 to 2 can significantly reduce the content and regulate the function of blood vessel(P<0.01 or 0.05).
Method:To evaluate the effects of Rushu on improving auricle microcirculation disturbance model in mice induced by adrenalin and the hemorheology in acute blood-stasis model rats induced by adrenalin and ice water stimulation.
Methods: The rat acute model of blood stasis syndrome was made by ip adrenalin (0.07 ml/kg) and the stimulation of ice-water. At the time of 5,10, 30,60,120,180,320,480 min, the concentration of safflor yellow in the serum after iv safflor yellow (37.08 ml/kg) was determined.
METHODS: In the 14 days ,The rat was administered continuously the xianbeiling by im (0.25 ml·kg -1 ). At the 13 d, the rat of both the experiment group and model group were made the model of blood stasis syndrome by ip adrenalin (0.07 ml·kg -1 ) and the stimulation of ice water,to observe the microcirculation of mesentery and determine the index of hemorheology;
