本文报道采用海藻酸钙作载体固定酵母活细胞用于糖蜜酒精连续发酵的研究。结果表明:在发酵液中加人研制的微量 MG 稳定剂,可显著提高载体的稳定性。固定化酵母细胞可连续正常使用6个月以上。在温度30—33℃,pH4—5,糖浓度16%~19%(W/V)发酵条件下,每升固定化酵母细胞每小时可产酒精24~25g;固定化酵母细胞分批和连续发酵,分别比传统的游离酵母分批发酵效率提高24%和8倍以上。

A fine strain of cellulolytic fungus Trichoderma viride NF4 was screened out in comparisonwith over 40 cellulolytic strains at home and abroad. NF4 produced high cellulase and hemicellulase onuntreated rice straw powder in solid state fermentation.The cellulase yields of 45 IU/g.·d were quitehigh. The optimum pH and temperature for its collulase activity are PH 4. 8 and 60℃.

从40多个国内外产纤维素酶的菌株中筛选出纤维素分解酶活较高的绿色木霉NF4。该菌在以未经特别处理的稻草粉为主要碳源的固体发酵条件下,每克纤维素每天产纤维素酶活力可达48个国际单位,其酶促反应的最适酸碱度和温度分别是pH4.8和60℃,而半纤维素酶则分别为pH4.2和55℃。
