The temperature field and its change in solidification process of the head zone of killed steel ingot in 610 type mould were measured, and a heat equilibrium diagram has been established. Different effects of three kinds of insulation material on thermal efficiency were determined. Measurement and calculation show that in case of the existing production condition with the new process utilizing light insulation board, protective slag and anti-shrink agent, the lateral heat loss is decreased by 15~20%, and the heat transfered to ingot increased by 10~14%. Thus the productivity of rolled steel using these ingots as raw material can be increased by 3%. From the calculation of heat equilibrium, it is found that a great portion of the total heat loss is due to the heat capacity of heat insulation material itself. Possible measures taken for improving the properties of insulation material are discussed as well.

测定了610型镇静钢锭帽口凝固过程的温度场分布及变化,计算并编制了热平衡图,找出三种不同保温材质对钢锭帽口热效率的影响。热工测定和计算表明:现有生产条件下,本钢一钢厂采用轻质绝热板、保护渣和防缩孔剂铸锭新工艺可使帽口侧向热损失减少15~,20%,向钢锭本体传热增加10~14%,使钢锭成材率提高3%。从热平衡计算结果看出帽口保温材质的热容量在损失中占有很大比例,文中对保温材质的改进方向做了探讨。

According to the results of simulating test and digital calculation of temperature field of solidification process by computer,theoretical analysis of the heat transfer was carried out, a calculating method of forced cooling technical parameters was presented and a chart for choosing forced cooling technical parameters was made, which can be used by technician.The production test proved the method of calculating parameters of forced cooling technology to be reliable.

根据模拟试验及电子计算机对凝固过程温度场的数值计算结果,进行了传热理论分析,提出了强制冷却工艺参数的计算方法并绘制了强制冷却工艺参数选择图.生产试验表明,所提出的工艺参数计算方法是可靠的.
