This paper is devoted to the development of stabilized finite element methods by empolying local bubble functions for adveetive-diffusive models which has the form σu+a·(?)u-k△u =f. We show this methodology is stable independent of σ or Peclet-number and its globle optimal convergence order,from the problem with a=0 or σ=0.

Some locking free finite element methods for the cylindrical shell are studied. The authors obtain a nonstandard mixed finite element for which the discrete shear and the membrance tness are divided into two perts,and only one of both is projected into a lower order mute element,the authors use some Lagrange finite element spaces argumented by bubble function to approximate rotation and dispacement,and the error estimates are obtained uniformly in the shell thickness.
