In this paper, the mechanical models and finite element models are established respectively for the load-bearing beam of mud scraper in a type of second sinkbasin and a type of horizontal flow basin utilizing the finite element analysis software that developed by authors for the sewage treatment equipment load-bearing beam, these beams' modeling method and the optimization method are discussed, and finite element analysis and optimization design are calculated for these beams.

This paper described the simulated test of the curve locus deviation of logging truck. The results show the relation of maximum locus deviation with curve radius and the distance between two sbandrel girders, and analyse facters of effect locus deviation, thereby, furnish evidence for reducing deviation.
