The author of this paper has given an assumption that the log dropoutprocess may be divided into two stagges.In april,1981,the experiment wasconducted in the laboratory of the North-Eastern College of Forestry andproved that there exist two stages. On the basis of the experiment,the author further presents the theory ofthree stages in the log dropout process as follows: 1. The second stage:the toggles are rotated around the pull organ(chains or wire rope,Fig.l,c).It gives the proper condition to drop the log. 3. The third stage:the log rolled down from the toggles. This paper points out that the first and the second stages are mostimportant for log dropout. Finally some parameters for determing the log dropout performance,suchas log dropout time consumption,log diameter,log eccentricity and the logcurvature are discussed in the paper.The experiment and analysis show thistype of the log dorpout system by gravity with collapse of the toggles givesa minimum dropout time consumption and all kinds of logs can be dischargedfrom the conveyor. 通过试验,作者提出了抛木过程三阶段的理论,即:第一阶段。承载梁绕输送机一轨道转动呈倾斜,这种倾斜给原木自抛一个动力;第二阶段,承载梁绕牵引构件翻转,这种翻转给原木抛落创造了条件;第三阶段,原木从承载梁上滚下来。然后,讨论了决定抛木性能的几个参数。试验和分析表明,翻梁式重力抛木机抛木时间最短,各种原木均能抛落。 This paper described the simulated test of the curve locus deviation of logging truck. The results show the relation of maximum locus deviation with curve radius and the distance between two sbandrel girders, and analyse facters of effect locus deviation, thereby, furnish evidence for reducing deviation. 通过对运材汽列曲线运行轨迹偏移量的模拟试验得知,轨迹最大偏移量与曲线半径、承载梁间距变化的关系,分析了影响轨迹偏移量的因素,从而为减少轨迹偏移量提供了依据。 The mechanical system of ZMC-1.5Q product line of packaging container of pulp mo lding was analyzed, and the optimum design of loaded beam, one of the key device s of the product line, was carried out by the principle of Max-Min methods. Comp ared with the original design, the optimum design could make the weight of beam lower, the collocation of supporting fulcra more reasonable and the system more stable. Therefore, the distortion of load beam was within the allowable range an d the molding uniformity level...
