In order to make the workpiece get a standard angle of pressure the tooth profile angle of gear-shaper cutters is to be modified. The calculation of the tooth profile angle of helical gear-shaper cutters has usually been done by simplifying it into rake cutters. Because it neglects the speciality differring the helical gear-shaper cutter from the spur gear-shaper cutter, the result got from the calculation is approximate.

本文根据插齿刀齿形角修正的实质.分析了目前广泛采用的将插齿刀简化成齿条刀的齿形角计算方法,指出这种方法用于直齿插齿刀在理论上是正确的。而用于斜齿插齿刀则没有充分的理论根据。计算结果是近似的.文中提出了不经过简化直接对斜齿插齿刀形角进行计算的新方法。公式推导简单。计算结果精确。计算公式还表明,斜齿插齿刀的齿形角不同于直齿插齿刀。它不仅与刀具的齿数有关。而且与变位系数有关,为提高计算质量提供了理论根据。

With the aid of a progammable calculator, manual adaptive control (MAC) can rapidly and conveniently optimize the cutting process, so that optimum machining parameters are obtained under the condition of a certain optimization object. With the aid of a progammable calculator, manual adaptive control (MAC) can rapidly and conveniently optimize the cutting process, so that optimum machining parameters are obtained under the condition of a certain optimization object. In this paper, a single point turning is given as an example to demonstrate the fundamental principle of MAC. The mathematical models of the maximum profit rate or production rate and the minimum cost as the objective of optimization and the calculation program of MAC are also illustrated.MAC test is performed on the rough turning operation of sleeves in order to obtain the optimum cutting parameters. As compared with the values now generally used, these parameters not only decrease the cost of each part and increase the profit rate but also increase the productivity. Evidently MAC has a good economic effect.

借助于可编程序计算器,人工适应控制(MAC)能迅速而方便地对机械加工过程进行优化,以求得在某一优化目标下的最佳加工参数。本文以单刃车削为例,介绍MAC的基本原理和以最低成本、最大利润率或最高生产率为优化目标的有关数学模型,以及实施MAC的具体算法。文中介绍了对齿条套的粗车工序进行的MAC优化试验,得到了最佳加工参数。与现用数值相比,不仅降低了单件成本提高了利润率,而且还提高了生产率,获得了明显的经济效果。
