In order to make the workpiece get a standard angle of pressure the tooth profile angle of gear-shaper cutters is to be modified. The calculation of the tooth profile angle of helical gear-shaper cutters has usually been done by simplifying it into rake cutters. Because it neglects the speciality differring the helical gear-shaper cutter from the spur gear-shaper cutter, the result got from the calculation is approximate.

本文根据插齿刀齿形角修正的实质.分析了目前广泛采用的将插齿刀简化成齿条刀的齿形角计算方法,指出这种方法用于直齿插齿刀在理论上是正确的。而用于斜齿插齿刀则没有充分的理论根据。计算结果是近似的.文中提出了不经过简化直接对斜齿插齿刀形角进行计算的新方法。公式推导简单。计算结果精确。计算公式还表明,斜齿插齿刀的齿形角不同于直齿插齿刀。它不仅与刀具的齿数有关。而且与变位系数有关,为提高计算质量提供了理论根据。

 Rack Shapping cutters are typical multiple angular tools. While machined through flat setup, their angular data are beyond the upper and lower machining angle limits of wirecut machines. By changing setup angles and reasonable programming, improved results are obtained. Taking practical machining as an example, the working method and key points of the wirecut of rack shapping cutters are described.

齿条刀是典型的多角度刀具,在平置加工时其角度参数超出了线切割机床上下异形角度加工极限。通过改变加工时的安装角度和合理编制加工程序,可取得线切割加工齿条刀的良好效果。本文举出加工实例,说明了具体实施方法及加工要点。
