The viscous behaviour and optical properties of poly (-p-phenylene terephthala-mide) (PPTA) in pure sulfufic acid solution have been studied at varied temperatures and concentrations by Hoppler rheometer, depolarized light transmission and small angle light scattering methods. The anisotropic solution of PPTA shows nema-tic as well as cholesteric mesophase characteristics at different temperatures. The anisotropic solution of PPTA shows nema-tic as well as cholesteric mesophase characteristics at different temperatures. This means that the liquid crystals of aromatic polyamides possess similar mesophase transition as the low molecular compounds do. Liquid crystals of PPTA in sulfuric acid solution is changed from nematic at lower temperature to cholesteric mesophase at higher temperature. This change does not take place directly from nematic to cholesteric and is essentially a monotropic one.

本工作以H(?)ppler流变粘度计、退偏振光法及小角激光光散射法研究了聚对苯撑对苯二甲酰胺的浓硫酸溶液在不同浓度和温度下的粘性行为、光学性质和区域结构的变化,发现聚对苯撑对苯二甲酰胺的各向异性溶液在不同温度下呈现向列型液晶和胆甾型液晶特征,说明芳香聚酰胺的液晶体系与小分子液晶相类似,也具有多种中介相的转变现象。这里的中介相转变是由向列型转变为胆甾型,但不是直接的同时是一个单变性的相转变过程。

The turbidity point values of the casting solution formulated with different organic additives, polysulfoneamide (PSA) dimethylacelamide (DMAc) or PSA N methylpyrrol (NMP) were determined. Thus, the comparison of ability leading to turbidity can be done. The mixing heat and mixing free enthalpy of action between organic additives and PSA were studied by gas chromatography method. The turbidity point values of the casting solution formulated with different organic additives, polysulfoneamide (PSA) dimethylacelamide (DMAc) or PSA N methylpyrrol (NMP) were determined. Thus, the comparison of ability leading to turbidity can be done. The mixing heat and mixing free enthalpy of action between organic additives and PSA were studied by gas chromatography method. With the membrane prepared according to above researches, the flux of pure water and the retention rate of bovine serum albumin were determined and the better correlation between mixing heat and mixing free enthalpy and membrane performance was obtained, showing consistency between above results and the regularity of the turbidity point formula.

本文以聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺树脂(PSA)为膜材料,用浊点滴定法测定了含不同有机添加剂PSA-DMAc(二甲基乙酰胺)或PSA-NMP(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)铸膜液体系浊点,从而得到了这些添加剂致浊能力大小的比较。用气相色谱法研究了有机添加剂与聚砜酰胺之间作用的混合热和混合自由焓。在此基础上配制了一系列铸膜液并刮膜,测定了膜的纯水透量及对牛血清蛋白的截留率,得出了混合热、混合自由焓与膜性能的相关性,其结果与浊点法公式的规律一致。
