A method using more than one circular harmonic components of the target pattern and encoding these components in the spatial domain is presented. 功率谱分析是机械故障诊断技术中精密诊断的常用方法。但它往往因频率分辨率低,而影响频率识别的准确性,导致故障诊断的失败。欲提高频率分辨率,只有增加时间窗长度或增加采样点数,这又必然会增大计算量。本文采用复调制细化方法,对复杂疲劳点蚀故障的滚动轴承振动信号进行了细化分析。结果表明,细化分析可以提高频率分辨率,对于频率值相近谱峰的识别,效果良好。
