PHSJ-4型PH计是我局第一台高精确度的PH计,应用到实际观测过程中,遇到许多影响观测质量的具体问题。本文针对PHSJ-4型PH计使用过程中遇到的乱码、测值突跳、电极老化快、合理分辨率的确定、温度干扰因素的控制等问题展开分析,做了大量的条件实验,结合该仪器的工作原理以及PH值所遵循的化学原理,指出要提高和保障观测质量,观测时必须做到如下几点:调节观测参数时用指腹轻按,出现局部黑屏、乱码现象可采用关机后重新开机解决;电极一定要浸泡在KCL保护液中,观测完毕清洗电极后一定要用滤纸把残余的蒸馏水擦干后再授泡在KCL保护液中以免降低电极保护液的保护功效,延长电极的寿命;水样要达到室温时才能进行观测;合理分辨率应设置在0.01PH档。

A simplified mathematical model for electrode protecting system that involves molten glass,AZS refractories,insulating bricks,molybdenum electrodes,cooling water and jacket,etc.was set up.The simulation results were derived by the model.The most critical parts locate the regions adjacent to the electrodes,jacket and AZS refractory,and the sensitive areas locate around electric holder.A sharp drop of temperature by 400-500℃ was also found out in these areas within 4-5 cm interval.These critical regions are crucial to the oxidization of molybdenum and the burning of the water jacket.The parabolic temperature distribution in AZS greatly reduces its electric conductivity in operation and protects it from attack by electric heating and glass melt.Water is input below to jacket and output from upper outlet of the jacket and forms two circulations within the jacket.

建立了钼电极保护系统的数值模型,把该系统中涉及的电极、水套、冷却水、保温砖、AZS耐火砖、玻璃液等问题关联起来;为了降低CFD计算的复杂程度,对模型作了合理简化。数值结果指出:水套最易烧损的部位是耐火材料、水套和钼电极的交界之处;最敏感的区域是在电极孔口附近,该处4~5cm区域有400~500℃的温差;钼电极在交界处的温度分布梯度非常大,该处最容易氧化出问题;在AZS耐火材料中可以形成抛物线形的冷却温度分布,可降低电极孔砖的导电系数,增强耐侵蚀程度;水包为下进水上出水,在两侧形成了明显的环流。
