Synchronous inductor motors with permanent magnet rotor may be used aslow-speed synshronous motors and stepping motors.With the rapid developmentsin industrial automation,the common requirement for both of them is to increasethe torque/inertia ratio and operating frequency,i.e.designing synchronousinductor motors with smaller volume and higher output.In this paper,takinglow-speed synchronous motor as example,greatly increasing in average air-gapflux density and using high coercivity permanent magnets are presented indesigning inductor motors with p.m.rotor.The concept of effective magneticloading is used to estimate the calculated capacity of the inductor motor withsaturated teeth.The optimal average air-gap flux density of the inductor motorwith saturated teeth is obtained when the effective magnetic loading i smaximised.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that a higheroutput inductor motor can be obtained by the use of the new p.m.rotor stru-ctures and design method presented in this paper.

永磁转子感应子式同步电动机可以作为低速同步电动机和步进电动机使用。随着工业自动化的日益发展,对这两类电动机的共同要求是提高转矩惯量比和运行频率,即要求设计小体积高容量的感应子式同步电动机。本文以低速同步电动机为例,提出大幅度提高气隙平均磁密和采用高矫顽力永磁材料来设计永磁转子感应子式电动机。采用了有效磁负荷的概念来估算齿部饱和感应子式电动机的计算容量。当有效磁负荷达到极大值时,可得到齿部饱和感应子式电动机气隙平均磁密的最佳值.理论分析和试验结果表明,采用本文提出的永磁转子新结构和设计方法,能得到较高出力的感应子式电动机。

This article analyses theoretically the flow process and atomizing mechanism ofoil within the canal. Using Bernoulli's equation and the continuous equation the following formula for calculating the quantity of oil flowing has been obtained:G=MF where coefficient u isThis result shows that calculation is in conformity with experiment.
