This paper proposes a kind of architecture of TIPPS (Test Intelligent Problem Processing System) solution progress control. The solution algorithms of Problem Processing System are proved practically.

A novel modeling method for the temperature decline process in the slab and strip laminar cooling system is developed. A hierarchical model including the decision layer, the model layer and the parameter layer is presented. 以板带层流冷却系统为背景,研究了一种建立冷却中温降过程模型的新方法。在建模上首先将其过程分为自上而下的决策层、模型层和参数层三个层次,并在不同的层面上采用不同的方法进行模型划分,然后通过自下而上的递阶求解过程,获得了板带在层流冷却区域内的沿长度方向的各段的温降情况及厚度方向温度分布情况。实验证明所建立的模型能够很好地预测实际板带层流冷却过程。

Following the top-down design method,an idea of hierarchy of representation of constraints of product is presented that constraints are hierarchically divided into assembly level and part level and feature level.According to the classes and the hierarchy of constraints,a hierarchical solving modeling for the layout design is constructed.

采用自上而下的设计思想 ,提出将布局约束分为部件级、零件级和特征级的由整体到局部进行分层表达的思想 ,并据此建立布局设计的分层递阶求解模型。
