Abstract The fine structures of the antennae of pear leaf worm, Illiberis pruni Dyar were observed by a scanning electromicroscopy. The antennae of pear leaf worm consist of two hasal segmentsscape and pedicel,and 33-4o flagellar segments. Four types of sensilla were found on the antennae of adult Illiberis pruni Dyar, namely Sensilla trichodea, Sensilla chaetica, Sensilla coeloconica and Sensilla Basiconica.The sensilla trichodea are the most aboudant on the antannae of the moths. Thet can be subdivided into two distinct types: type A and type B. Type A trichodea is longer than type B. Type A trichodea is straight and slightly curved at the tip. Type B trichodea has a blunt tip, strongly bend down near its base and runs parallel with the surface of the antennae.The 5th, 10th, 20th, 30th segments of both sexes were selected for the comparative observations on the difference of the sensilla trichodea. Sensilla trichodea are more numerous and longer on the antennae of male moths than on those of female's. This showed that there is a obvious sexual dimorphism of the antennae of male and female moths

对梨星毛虫触角的外部形态结构在扫描电镜下作了观察。发现梨星毛虫成虫雌雄蛾触角均为双栉齿状,由柄节、梗节和33—40节鞭节组成,雌蛾长度在6.10—7.10mm,雄蛾在6.00—6.90mm。触角主干及侧枝的背面,侧面均被鳞片覆盖,绝大部分触角感器位于触角的腹面上,仅有少数着生于触角的背面。新有鞭节的表面均为隆起的折皱状脊纹,但柄节和梗节的表面则无。在梨星毛虫成虫触角上共发现四种感器,即毛形感官、刺形感官、锥形感官和腔锥感官。对梨星毛虫雌雄蛾触角的两性差异进行了观察,并作了详细的讨论,发现梨星毛虫雌雄蛾成虫触角具有典型的性二型现象。雄蛾触角侧板很长,其上的毛形感官多目长;雄蛾触角侧板短,其上的毛形感官少目短。

No sexual difference of EAG responses was found to all test samples under concentration of 10 μl/ml. No sexual difference of EAG responses was found to all test samples under concentration of 10 μl/ml. The most effective chemicals were l-heptanol, hexanal, heptanal, saturated primary-alcohols with six-carbon to nine-carbon chain and benzaldehyde. Both male and female showed the highest EAGs to green leaf volatiles (GLVs) and moderate EAGs to terpenoids among which geraniol was the most active. Cotton aphid pheromones elicited relative high EAGs. Among the four plant extracts, cotton leaf extract was the most effective. Dose curves were constructed from six female wasps' EAGs to four chosen chemi-cals, in which GLVs showed lower thresholds than terpenoids. According to the results above, we may draw the following conclusions: GLVs could be more important in longer distance orientation, while ter-penoids may be more important in shorter ranges. Aphid pheromones may be effective attractants to para-sitoids. Preadult experience can influence the antennal sensitivity of the parasitoid.

本文利用昆虫触角电位技术记录了棉平突蚜茧峰Lysiphlebia japonica(Ashmead)(Hymenoptera:Aphidiidae)对棉花挥发性次生物质(标样和提取物)和棉蚜信息素(性信息素和报警激素)的触角电位反应,没有发现雌雄间触角电位对差异(P>0.05)。所有测试标样中,活性最强的化合物是庚醇、己醛、庚醛、苯甲醛和饱合的六碳到九碳的直链正醇;雌雄蚜茧蜂都对绿叶气味物质反应强烈,而萜烯类化合物引起的触角电位反应相对较弱,在所有测试的萜烯类物质中,只有香叶醇表现出较强的活性;棉蚜茧蜂对棉蚜信息素的反应较为强烈,而对四种植物提取物,以棉花提取物活性最强,黄瓜次之,丝瓜和南瓜之间没有明显差别而且反应最弱。浓度反应曲线表明绿叶气味物质的反应域值比萜烯类物质低。根据以上结果,我们得出如下结论:绿叶气味物质可能是寄生蜂寻找寄主的远距离化学线索,而大多数萜烯类则在近距离内发挥作用;棉蚜信息素可能是很强的引诱剂,能够吸引寄生蜂而使其更容易找到寄主;羽化前经历对成虫触角的反应敏感性有一定影响。
