The development of contact materials and their relevant research is one of the key technigues in the design of high current vacuum switches.CuTeSe alloy is taken as example in this work.Based on the experiments,we optimized the material parameters with the method of experimental cures;discussed the smelti ng and vacuum treatments of the contact materals.For the selected variables, the effects of the contact gas-content to breaking capacity and the relevant problems of contact pressure with materal hardness are emphsized.For the aplication of high current above 40kA/10kV,the gas-content below 2×10~(-6)and a middle hardness of the contact material are desirable.With the material developed,we have got t hhe breaking capacity above 40kA。

触头材料的研制、参数优选及相关的研究是大电流真空开关的关键技术之一,本文以 CuTeSe合金为例,在大量实验的基础上用实验曲线法,讨论优选了材料参数;讨论了材料的熔炼和工艺处理。对于材料的可变参数着重论述了气体含量对分断能力的影响以及与硬度相关的触头压力问题。对于10kV、40kA 以上的大电流应用,理想条件应是小于2×10~(-6)的含气量及一个适中的材料硬度。用所研制的 CuTeSe 材料及纵磁场结构,分断电流已超过40kA。

By tests,the switch on and switch off oscillations of vacuum breaker (VCB)are analyzed,and their causes and countermeasures are explained.The bigger the contact's hardness is, the greater the VCB's switch on oscillation is.However ,the greater the contact's pressure is,the smaller the VCB's switch on oscillation is.The greater switch on oscillation may weld the two contacts together,causing switch off failure.By summarizing the practical experience in VCB setting,several countermeasures are given to decrease...

By tests,the switch on and switch off oscillations of vacuum breaker (VCB)are analyzed,and their causes and countermeasures are explained.The bigger the contact's hardness is, the greater the VCB's switch on oscillation is.However ,the greater the contact's pressure is,the smaller the VCB's switch on oscillation is.The greater switch on oscillation may weld the two contacts together,causing switch off failure.By summarizing the practical experience in VCB setting,several countermeasures are given to decrease switch on oscillation.At present,the VCB's opening travel is getting smaller and smaller.If possible,to decrease the opening travel and increase the over opening travel can increase VCB's switch off speed and short circuit break capacity.But the too high switch off speed can lead to a negative effect on short circuit break-switch off oscillation.

通过试验 ,分析了真空断路器的合闸弹跳与分闸弹振 ,说明产生的原因及克服的方法。触头材料硬度越大 ,合闸弹跳越大 ;而触头压力越大 ,合闸弹跳越小。较大的合闸弹跳增加了触头熔焊的可能性 ,从而导致短路开断失败。总结了调试真空开关实践经验 ,给出了几种减小合闸弹跳的方法。目前真空开关向“小开距”的方向发展。在条件允许的情况下 ,适当缩小触头开距 ,增加超行程 ,可以提高分闸速度 ,因此可以提高开断短路电流的能力。分析指出 :分闸速度过大 ,会产生不利于短路开断的负面影响—分闸弹振。
