This method can be used to determine the size and the direction of the complex momentun and the position of the point K at which the complex momentun intersects the front arch. Based on the theories of combustion aerodynamics and fluid mechanics, and also the experiments, this paper presents an approximate calculation method of arch design for chain-grate stoker by means of the momentun summation principle. This method can be used to determine the size and the direction of the complex momentun and the position of the point K at which the complex momentun intersects the front arch. The calculations and the experiments show that when the point K is situated in the range of 4/5 of the linear part for front arch and the angle between the complex momentun and the linear part of the front arch δ≥110°, the calculated relative height b/L of the front arch is appropriate. For the chain-grate stoker in operation, the ratio of air distri- bution of the air chambers can be optimized by using momentun summation principle based on the fixed geometric sizes and thus to improve the economy and safety of the stoker.

本文在燃烧空气动力学、流体力学的基础上,通过试验研究,提出用动量法则进行火床炉炉拱布置设计的近似计算方法。根据组织炉内空气动力工况的要求,该方法可以确定各拱出口气流动量与上升气流动量的合动量的大小、方向及其与前拱交点K的位置。经理论计算和试验结果综合提出,K点位置在前拱直段的4/5范围内、合动量与前拱直段的交角δ≥110°时,计算所确定的前拱相对高度b/L是适宜的。对已运行的锅炉,可按动量法则在既定的几何尺寸下,确定风室的配风比,使锅炉达到经济、安全的运行。

Starting from former USSR codes for boiler furnace heat transfer calculation by theoretical deduction and data collection of more than twenty boilers operating in China, new parameters M, are introduced together with shape coeffecient f in a new way of calculating furnace outlet temperature. Verification shows that the furnace outlet temperature calculated this new method comply well with test results with deviations 2~ 50C less than those obtained by using USSR codes. Figs 4, tables 4 and refs 15.

本文以国内现用的苏联“锅炉机组热力计算标准方法”中的炉膛换热计算部分为基础,通过理论分析及国内二十几台锅炉机组实际运行数据的整理,建立了新的M值,ξ值计算及取值方法,并将形状系数f值引入炉膛出口温度计算方法中,从而,给出了一种新的炉膛出口温度计算方法.按本方法对一些实际运行锅炉进行了计算验证,结果表明:本方法的炉膛出口温度计算值与实测值相符合,绝对偏差仅为(0~30)℃,比苏联“标准方法”计算所得的绝对偏差减小(2~50)℃.

This paper describes a 600MW boiler with a waterwall of riser tube coils, including its hydrodynamics, heat transferand operation capability at start-up and with low load. It summarizes the merits and demerits of waterwall with riser tubecoils applied to a 600MW once-through boiler of supercritical sliding pressure. The conclusfons of this parer are of impor-tant reference to boiler waterwall design used in utilities.

本文论述了600MW超临界变压运行锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁及其水动力特性、传热特性、启动及低负荷运行能力和结构特点,总结了螺旋管圈水冷壁的优缺点,对电站超临界机组锅炉水冷壁的设计有较高的参考价值。
