This article analyses some rather general factors affecting the installation efficiency in pump station for irrigation and drainage and makes an approach to the effective measures probably to be adopted about saving in energy.

On the basis of characteristic curves by tests on site of the union of S195 diesel engine and 10HB—30 mixed flow pump, the general method and procedure to form a complete pump-diesel set for a pumping station are given in this paper. Applying this method, the efficiency of installation of pump set in the low lift region can be raised from the label value of 12.16% to the test value 17.41%. If the pump is selected more reasonably to fit the practical lift of the pumping station, the efficiency can ever be raised...

This improvent has resulted in the lwering of unit consumption of energy of Xinghua county by 0.376 kg/kt·m. The total cost of oil of the county can be saved 680000 yuan annually.

根据柴油机S195和混流泵10HB—30的实测特性曲线,给出了机械排灌泵站特性配套的—般方法和步骤。在低扬程地区,应用此法,可将所测抽水泵站的装置效率从铭牌配套的12.16%提高到17.41%;如水泵再与实际扬程合理匹配,其效率可达到22.29%。此项改进可使兴化县能源单耗下降0.376kg/ktm,全县每年节约燃油68万元。

Because of lacking of the pump with lower rate-lift, many of the pumps used in low-lift area of Hang-Jia-Hu plain have been working in a state of low efficiency. It is economically and technically feasible to readjust rotational speed to make pump work in a state of high efficiency. But, the problem is lacking of working specific property curve as reference for readjusting. The mathematical models for determining the critical point and readjusting range for determining the critical point and readjusting range...
