The change of averge nickel crystallite size and its effect on the resistance to carbon formation of the La2O3-modified Ni/a-Al2O3 catalysts have been studied.The average crystallite size of supported nickel was measured by X-ray line broadening' and the rate of carbon formation was investigated under the condition of steam reforming of n-heptane in a dynamic the rmogravime trie system.The dispersion of nickel on the modified support was obviously increased and the resistance to carbon formation of the modified catalysts was also improved. There is an opeimum content of La2O3. Below this content the dispersion of nickel crystallite and the resistance to carbon formation increase abviously with an increase in La,O, added. No appreciable change is abserved with further addition of La2O3.The, optimum Content of La2O3 is close ito the maximum monolayer coverage of La2O3on the. support surface. The calculated activation energy of carbon, formation was greatly increased by La208 modification.

本文考察了La_2O_3改性后的Ni/α-Al_2O_3催化剂中镍晶粒度的变化,及其对抗积碳性能的影响。平均镍晶粒度采用X-射线宽化法测定,积碳速率通过在动态热重装置中正庚烷的蒸汽转化进行考察。结果表明,加La_2O_3有效地提高了镍在载体上的分散度,同时也明显地改善了催化剂的抗积碳性能。La_2O_3的这些效应与其加量有明显的关系,而且存在着一个最合适的加量。在低于此加量时,镍分散度和抗积碳性能均随La_2O_3加量的增加而迅速增加,积碳速率随平均镍晶粒度的减少而近似直线性地下降;高于此加量时,增加La_2O_3的加量,镍分散度与抗积碳性能均无进一步的明显变化。按理论分析计算La_2O_3的量适当加量,接近而略低于La_2O_3在载体表面的最大单层分散量。当载体表面La_2O_3量高于最大单层分散量时,适当变化活性组份镍的含量,对催化剂的平均镍晶粒度和抗积碳性能均无显著的影响,但此时积碳速率和甲烷转化活性有相当一致的变化关系。从不同温度下的积碳速率的计算证明,加La_2O_3改性,能使低温下的积碳活化能大大提高。

ISS of He~+gave a scattering peak of copper of CuCl/γ-Al_2O_3 11 eV higher than that of pure CuCl. They indicate that CuCl has a quite strong interaction with the γ-Al_2O_3 surface. The dispersed CuCl gave a widening Auger peak which can be attributed to the heterogeneity of γ-Al_2O_3 surface.
