According to theory of arc, in this paper author has carried out the analysis about the arc property and discussed the scheme to control the arc thus putting forward some technical measures, and introducing in datail the advantages to use the measuring circuit composed of new lightcoupler. It is valuable to use the circuit in industry. Test result has showed that the function of this equipment is able to satisfy the technical requirment. It gives a base for adjustment on the worksite.

用旋转电极法制取高纯合金粉末是一项新的工艺。在国外只有少数几个国家进行试验和作小量生产,并作为专利予以报道;在国内尚为首次进行这项研究。本文根据“旋转电极制粉炉”的工艺特点,通过对大电流电弧物理特性的讨论,提出了用电的方式对该设备的自耗电极电弧进行检测及控制的方案,并比较详细地介绍用光电耦合器件电路对电弧进行检测,以及采用的其他一些针对性测量技术措施。经过对控制装置电路的设计安装和实验室调试,表明装置的性能能够满足旋转电极制粉法的工艺要求,为设备现场调试提供了基础。

为了实现四点四位肋骨冷弯机的自动控制,本文根据[1]所提出的数学模型,结合已经研制成功的专用数字程序控制装置,介绍了对肋骨冷弯中进料、成形弯曲和旁弯校正等主要环节实施闭环控制的基本方案设计;对弯曲加工量的求取、加工进给的控制、工件实际变形的检测方式和控制参量补偿的实现方法分别予以阐述;对数控装置具有的自动判别弯曲方向及肋骨过弯变形的功能,给出了简要的逻辑设计;对保证弯曲精度而选用的高精度检测器件——光电编码器的使用和改进作了说明。
