In this paper,an analysis is made of a small-sized domestic gas-fired absorp-tion chiller.It proves theoretically that it is practicable to adopt air-cooling for air condi-tioner, and predicts that with changed structure of evaporator, cooler and absorber inLiBr-H_2O absorption refregerator,air-cooling can replace water-cooling.A3.5 kW do-mestic gas-fired LiBr-H_2O air conditioner as described above has been designed.

本文建立了单、双效溴化锂吸收式制冷机运行的数学模型.并将溴冷机运行计算中涉及到的LiBr/H2O溶液的热力性质数据和图表.全部公式化.并由计算机自行数值处理。在此基础上开发了设计和变工况性能模拟优化程序,对若干具体溴冷机进行了设计和变工况性能模拟计算.结果表明本文开发的程序为溴冷机的设计和变工况下的最佳运行工况的调节和控制提供了有力的分析工具。

In this paper, the way of providing cold energy and the existing Problem were discussed, the specification and annual operation cost of the single-action on liBr-Refrigeratory were thoroughly studied. According to the present details of available recovering heat in our works, it is proposal to establish two groups of the unit of high temperature-hot water model and to develop the refrigeration in summer. and this will save energy, make production safely and protect environment.

分析了燕化化工一厂目前的供冷方式及存在的问题,对单效型溴冷机的技术参数、年运行费用等进行了全面的分析比较。根据该厂目前可提供的工艺余热的具体情况,建议上两台高温热水型机组开展夏季制冷工作,达到节能降耗、安全生产和消除污染的目的。
