The compress experiment of 4 aluminum alloys is made by means of a Can Plastometer with constant strain rate. The flow stress is meassured under cold deformation. 5 types of mathematic model of flow stress are analysed and compared. The effect of deformation conditions on flow stress is discussed. And the best mathematic model of flow stress is obtained.Its construction is simple, its accuracy is high, and it is suit for the use of on-line control of computer.

采用恒应变速率塑性计,对铝合金的4个具有代表性品种的实体样本进行压缩实验,测定了冷变形时的流动应力,通过对5种结构形式的流动应力数学模型的分析和比较,分析了各种变形条件对流动应力的影响,获得了结构简单,计算精度高,适合于现场计算机在线控制的数学模型。

he cold deformation and low temperature annealing textures in Zr-2.5wt%Nb sheet were measured,the realated texture coefficientes were computed.The realation of texture with procedure are discussed. The resultes show that the larger the cold deformation texture,the more intense the texture.That cold deformation texture become stronger at 400℃ annealing is believed to result from the perfection of preferred orientation subgrains during annealing recovery.
