It traversed the migration of cell line L_(1210)cyclefrom G_1 to S and played an important role in inhibiting DNA formation.Results showed that the blocking effects on the synthesis of carcinogen nitromorpholine was appeared in the early stage of differentation of cell. These phenomena are regarded as the major mechanism of killing the cancer cells.The blocking rate on the nitrosation of morpholine was 92.4%. Besides, it showed a significant scanvenging activity on the harmful free adicals produced during the process of radiation damage. Thug, the cancer-preventing effect and anticarcinogenic activity were observed.
