The kinetics of Bis (2-phenoxyethyl) Peroxydicarbonate (BPPD) decomposition in toluene, Chloroform-toluene and toluene containing styrene or vinyl acetate have been studied respectively. The rate constants of thermal, induced and apparant decomposition have been determined. A examination about initiator efficiency and activity in polymerization of styrene, and a explanation for the mechanism of BPPD decomposition were made.

本文就新型引发剂过氧化二碳酸二苯氧乙酯(BPPD)在甲苯、氯仿—甲苯以及含有苯乙烯或醋酸乙烯酯的甲苯溶液中的分解动力学进行了研究;分别测得一级分解速率常数、诱导分解速率常数和综合表观分解速率常数。此外,还探讨了BPPD引发笨乙烯聚合的活性和引发效率的问题,对BPPD的分解机理作了初步的解释。

Poly(p-hydroxybenzoate)((4-Hybe)n)was synthesized by one step process with Phydroxybenzoic acid and diphenyl carbonate as starting materials. Imidazole and butyl titanate as catalysts and terphenyl as solvent. By this process the yield was 75-80%. the crystallinlty and decomposition temperature of(4-Hybe)n were beyond 70% and 450℃ respectively. The synthesized (4 -Hybe)n was used with polytetratluoroethylene and graphite to mould selHubricating plastic piston rings which were applied to the fourth and fifth...

The latest progresses in the environmentally benign reactions, specially in heteroge neous catalytic reactions, and synthesis of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) were introduced.The methyoxycarbonylation of aniline with DMC, giving methyl N -phenyl carbonate, occurred in a mild condition in the presence of a lead compound. DMC could react with phenol to produce methyl phenyl carbonate on MoO3/SiO2, offering a non-phosgene route tO isocyanates.Aniline and phenol were selectively. methylated with DMC over basic zeolites...

The reaction of DMC with silica offered a simple and clean method for synthesizing Si(OCH3)4. On solid bases, CO2 could react with methanol to synthesize DMC.

着重介绍碳酸二甲酯(DMC)在多相催化中的新应用。DMC与苯胺在温和条件下,以铅化合物催化生成聚碳酸酯单体;在MoO3/SiO2催化下生成碳酸二苯酯而取代剧毒的光气做为羧基化剂。DMC在碱性分子筛催化下,能选择性地与苯胺、苯酚发生甲基化反应以代替硫酸二甲酯做为甲基化剂。DMC与硅的反应提供了合成硅烷的简捷新路线。在固体碱的催化下,CO2能与甲醇发生反应而直接合成DMC.
