The formulation and conditions of preparation has great influence on the hydrogenation activation (Δn_p~(60)/Δt) and hydrogenation selectivity (SR) of oil hydrogenation catalysts talysts. In this paper, the research was carried out in detail on the relationship between the catalyst formulation and the condition of catalyst preparation (coprecipitating temperature, drying temperature and ageing time) with its hydrogenation activation and selectivity. From the results, an empirical equation was built up between corn oil hydrogenation rate and linolenic acid selectivity with the catalyst formulation and conditions of catalyst preparation, and a useful method of catalyst preparation was obtained upon the analysis of the results.

油脂加氢催化剂的制备条件及配方对催化剂的活性(△n_D~(60)/△t)和选择性(SR)具有明显的影响。木文采用(L_93~4)正交实验法对氢化催化剂的三个制备条件(沉淀温度、干燥温度及老化时间)和一个配比(载体与活性物)与其活性和选择性关系进行详细研究,初步建立了催化剂制备因素及配比与玉米油加氢速率和亚油酸选择指数(S_1)之间的关系。结果表明,沉淀温度、干燥温度及载体与活性物配比对催化剂活性具有较大影响;沉降温度和载体与活性物比对选择性有较大影响。

本文通过对目前国内常用的几种多相油脂加氢催化剂(进口催化剂及进口催化剂代用品)活性的比较研究,找出了它们在180℃时的活性大小顺序,建立了氢化茶籽油的折光指数与碘值间的关系公式。并对活性适中的PRICAT9900催化剂进行了进一步研究,测定其在不同温度下的选择性指数及该催化剂的氢化活化能。从而形成了有关催化剂活性顺序的完整理论体系。

The paper compares and researches activity and selectivety of some hydrogenative catalyst prepared with different supporters(diatomite,sepiolite and active carbon) under different drying conditions(normal pressure,vacuum and microwave),finally gains some laws and finds suitable catalyst supporters and drying ways.

通过对几种不同载体(硅藻土、海泡石、活性炭)和干燥条件(常压、真空、微波)下制备的油脂加氢催化剂的活性和选择性的比较研究,得到几点规律,找出了较为适宜的催化剂载体和干燥方式。
