目的 :从金银花LonicerajaponicaThunb .中分离出活性成分环烯醚萜苷类化合物。方法 :金银花 70 %乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取 ,乙酸乙酯部位采用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离、纯化。通过波谱方法鉴定结构。结果 :分离得到一个新的裂环环烯醚萜苷 ,命名为dehydromorroniside。结论 :该化合物为忍冬属中发现的第 3个morro niside型裂环环烯醚萜苷
