STUDY ON GRAFTING COPOLYMERIZATION OF VINYL MONOMERS ONTO WOOL FIBERS (Ⅰ)——THE REGULARITIES OF GRAFTING COPOLYMERIZATION OF METHYL METHACRYLATE ONTO WOOL FIBERS USING V~(5+)—THIOUREA REDOX SYSTEM
Sugar beet M14 (VV+1C, 2n =18+1) is a monosomic additional line of Beta corolliflora (CCCC, 2n = 4x = 36) in B.vulgaris (VV, 2n = 18), which was obtained from the intercross of the two species(Beta corolliflora ×B.vulgaris).
Monosomic tests indicated that the tagged QTL by NAU/SSR/fs1 130 and NAU/SSR/fs2 190 was mapped to chromosome 10 and another QTL by NAU/SSR/fs3 220 to chromosome 5.
The main results were as follows: The net photosynthetic rate of monosome, diploid or trisome was 19.4 μmol/(m~2·s), 23.2 μmol/(m~2·s) and 21.2 μmol/(m~2·s), respectively.
MethodsExtraction and isolation of active monosome of curcumin by the approach of extractionby ethanol→defattednessby Petroleum ether →column chromatography using silicagel→purification by acetone.
Based on discussions on the nucleation mechanism of particles in the polymerization system, the influences of monomer weight added dropwise, and amounts of initiator and emulsifier on the size and distribution of PS particles were investigated.
Both monomers and polymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, and elemental analysis measurements, and their structures were identified.
The crystallization temperatures of nano-CaCO3/PP composites modified by reactive monomers were further increased, but the melting-peak intensity of the β-crystal of PP was not greatly influenced.
While in the presence of dicumyl peroxide, nano-CaCO3/PP composites modified by reactive monomers led to the significant increase in the melting-peak intensity of the β-crystal of PP.
The increase of the mechanical properties and thermal properties was owed to the reinforcement of the exfoliated MMT and the compatibilization of the oligomers built by the polar monomers during the solid phase graft copolymerization.
The level of X-monosome mosaicism had a substantial effect on some AT, which depended similarly on the proportion of X-monosome cells in tissues of different embryonic origin.
Statistically significant negative correlations were revealed between the size of X-monosome clone and 13 height-weight, longitudinal, and circumference traits, whereas positive correlations were characteristic of seven mostly width traits.
Discriminant analysis of all ATs, whose variations depended on the frequency of X-monosome cell clone, was found to be an essential tool for precise classification of both STS patients with different degree of mosaicism and healthy women.
