The analytical results on test data abtained from the laboratory simulation experiment andindustrial experiment on BEM-3 oil modifier have showed that BEM-3 oil modifier has got a perfect stability on anti-shear and repeated heating and viscosity reduction/pour point depression efficiency for the oil transported. The paper describes the preheating process of pipeline by means of twice regular pumpings and once reverse pumping with water. In accordance with the feature of quasi-cold start-up technology,the e-conomy and safety analysis have been carried out.

东临复线的投产启动采用了改性原油准冷投技术,通过分析BEM—3原油流动改进剂室内模拟试验和工业性试验的试验数据,指出BEM—3原油流动改进剂具有良好的抗剪切性和重复加热稳定性,对所输油品能起到较好的降粘、降凝作用。叙述了东临复线的两次正输、一次反输的预热暖管过程及通油投产过程,针对准冷投技术投产的特点,分析了其经济性和安全性。

Jing'an-Xianyang Crude Oil Pipeline, with total length of 462. 6 km,is a reducer pipeline with several branch pipes. This oil pipeline is characterized by remarkable elevation along the line,without any pressure-reducing station installed. The cpoxy coal tar pitch is used as external coating, and polyethylene-rigid polyurethane foam as thermal insulation (t = 30 mm) with impressed current cathodic protection. According to this characteristics of the pipeline, the quasi-cold commissioning method is adopted. The pipeline's commissioning process is divided into three steps,that is pigging -with compressed air,pressure testing with water and preheating and blended oil (produced from An'sai Oilfield and Jing'an Oilfield) transportation. The thermal and/or hydraulic calculation is done and computational results display that the commissioning way is rational. The current transportation process of this pipeline is tight line transportation.

靖咸输油管道为变管径管道,有多个分输点,输送工艺为全线密闭输送。该管道沿线起伏大,且设有减压站,根据这一特点,管道投产时采用准冷投方式。介绍了该管道的投产过程,对准冷投方式的合理性进行了分析。
