This paper briefs the reduction of sewage pollution from bleaching and dyeing drained from Xiamen Knitting Mill before and after treatment on Xiamen waters. In the past,bleaching and dyeing sewage was drained withotit treatment directly into Xiamen waters and caused a serious pollution in the waters by colouring and stenching. Now, with pretreatment, all the norms in the effluent including color of (138 times), pH(7. 94), CODcr(2. 39 ×102mg/dm3) and BOD5(43. 3mg/dm3) are accorded to the sea-disposal standards...

本文介绍厦门针织厂漂染废水处理前后对厦门海域的污染变化,处理前的漂染废水未经处理直接排入厦门海域,其色、味等造成严重污染。经处理后,其出水的色(138倍)、味、pH(7.94)、CODcr(2.39×102mg/dm3)、BOD5(43.3mg/dm3)等各项指标均达到厦门市污染物规定的排放标准,取得了较好的经济、环境和社会效益。

Using micro-electrolysis-SBR process to treat bleaching and dyeing wastewater has been conducted. The result showed that using micro-electrolysis as pretreatment method could increase the ratio of BOD5/COD of bleaching and dyeing wastewater from 0.22 - 0.26 to 0.35 - 0.57, and then treated with SBR method and cinder adsorption. All the quality indications of effluent could meet the national discharge standards.

采用微电解-SBR组合工艺对漂染废水进行了处理研究。结果表明,以微电解作预处理,使漂染废水的可生化性BOD_5/COD比值由0.22~0.26提高到0.35~0.57。再经SBR法和炉渣吸附法处理后,各项水质指标均达GB8978-88《污水综合排放标准》中纺织印染工业的一级标准。
