A simple method, which depends on the peak of signal only, was used to calculate the model parameters, and a new method, the variance ratio method, for calculating local back mixing parameter in jet-loop reactor has been derived...

The liquid circulation rate has been measured in the experimental reactor(D =300mm,L=2m) for a air-water system. Correlations of the gas holdup based on minimum energy dissipation principle and the distribution of gas holdup along the height have been obtained.

本文采用相差显微镜考察了聚氯乙烯颗粒超微切片的亚微形态,由上千张形态图象中分出SSS、SJS、SSJ、JJJ、JSJ、JJS六种基本形态。这六种基本形态又与聚合反应工程条件(如反应器搅拌形状、搅拌功率大小、流体循环和剪切混合状态等)、聚合反应工艺条件(单体/水、温度、压力、pH值等)及聚合配方(分散剂、引发剂、防粘釜剂等助剂结构及含量)等因素有关。实验还表明,上述类形的PVC颗粒在倒置显微镜下与THF相接触时,分别表现出不同的溶解行为,SSS—→“爆炸”型;SJS—→“散砂”型;SSJ—→“喷射”型;JJJ—→“慢胀”型;JSJ—→“膨胀”型;JJS—→“裂块”型。本文从聚合过程中成粒机理说明了这六种可能性。
