In this paper, the mechanics. mathematical models of the vibration of K-H-V double -cycloid bail planetary reducer are founded. Through the preliminary analysis and calculation, this paper considers that the centrifugal force of inertia caused by unbalancemass is the chief source of vibration. Thereby, the accurate calculation and design of the static--balance,dynamic--balance are necessary to the reducer.

本文介绍了一种新型减速器--K-H-V双摆线钢球行星传动减速器的结构特点、工作原理以及设计计算的方法。这种减速器主要由两个表面刻有内外摆线槽的圆盘和一定数量的钢球组成。钢球在由两盘组成的滚道中作纯滚动而传递运动和动力。经对样机初步测试试验,结果表明:新型减速器的各项性能指标优良,具有广阔的发展前景。

In this paper, according to the cycloid curve's parametric equation in rectangular coordinates, the newly developed double cycloid ball planetary reducer's mainly design Parameters of flank profile curve are analyzed and discussed. Come to the conclusion. the rille of design parameter's choice is got.
