The electric polarization effect in piezoelectric ceramics of PbZr03-PbTiO3 system (PZT) was examined by positron lifetime measurements. It was found that the mean lifetime γm increases with the increase of the electric field E. The micromechanism of the increase of γm was discussed, it may be mainly attributed to that the increase of the inner electric field would be energetically in favour of the positrons to form in qPs state. The measurements of the coupling factor Kf, the piezoelectric constant d33,...

The measurements of the coupling factor Kf, the piezoelectric constant d33, and the dielectric constant ε33T/ε0 were also carried out and the results were compared with that of positron lifetime measurements. It is suggested that there is a possibility to take positrons as a tool for studying the extent of the domain turning and the changes of the energe situation of the electrons during the polarization.

Using synthesized zirconium ethoxide,we also successfully prepared ferroelectric material PbZr0.51Ti0.49O3(p=7. 63g/cm3,ε = 88g, tgδ(%)= 0.1,d33=197×10-12C/N).

用改进了的方法合成乙醇锆,能降低对原料的苛刻要求,产品纯度高(99.4%)。以合成的乙醇锆为原料,用溶胶—凝胶(Sol—Gel)法制备Z_rO_2和PZT微粉。所得Z_rO_2微粉纯度高、颗粒小、均匀性好,且表面活性高。所得PZT微粉纯度高、颗粒小、混合均匀(分子级)且合成温度低。用合成的乙醇锆成功制备了铁电PbZr_(0.51)Ti_(0.49)O_3材料(ρ=7.63g/cm~3,ε二888,tgδ(%)=0.1,d_(33)=197×10~(-12)C/N)。

This article is a report on the experimental study of the adsorption specificity of PbZr0. 52 Ti0.48O3powder in four kind of rare atmosphere of organic solvent with the thermal analysis. It is found that the powder is the reversibility adsorption of physics in the alcohol or the acetone, at 200~550℃. It is not reversible chemiadsorption in the trichloromcthane and the tetrachloromethane, while its corresponding temperature is between 260~670℃. However, Its raw and processed materials PbO2, ZrO2and TiO2...

文章应用热分析方法,对PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3粉料在四种有机溶剂稀薄气氛中的吸附特性进行实验研究、发现这种粉料在200~550℃对乙醇或丙酮显示物理态可逆性吸附,它在三氯甲烷和四氯化碳中呈不可逆化学吸附,相应温度为260~670℃之间,然而,它的原料成份物PbO2,ZrO2和TiO2在相同状况下没有吸附特性.
