This paper studies the stabilization problem of the linear control systems in which there exists time-delay in the state feedback. A sufficient condition of time-delay stabilization for general case is presented. Moreover, we present a necessary and sufficient condition of timedelay stabilization for the single-input control system with no more than one unstable pole Finally, the design problem of the time-delay stabilizing-controller is discussed.

This paper is focused on the problem of robustly stabilizing linear uncertain time-de-lay systems when the full states can not be measured. The systems under consideration are linearsystems with time-varying unknown-but-bounded uncertainty and delayed state. An observerbased dynamic output feedback controller is presented to quadratically stabilize the system. A sufficient condition for the robust output feedback stabilizability of the system is derived based on Riccati equation approach and the control law...

This paper is focused on the problem of robustly stabilizing linear uncertain time-de-lay systems when the full states can not be measured. The systems under consideration are linearsystems with time-varying unknown-but-bounded uncertainty and delayed state. An observerbased dynamic output feedback controller is presented to quadratically stabilize the system. A sufficient condition for the robust output feedback stabilizability of the system is derived based on Riccati equation approach and the control law can be constructed by solving two algebraic Riccatiequations. Finally,a numerical example is presented to illutrate the obtained results.

针对具有状态滞后和时变未知且有界不确定性的线性时变不确定时滞系统,研究了当状态不完全可测时的鲁棒镇定问题.利用Riccati方程方法,提出了一种基于观测器的动态输出反馈镇定控制器设计方法,并得到了不确定时滞系统可输出反馈镇定的充分条件.最后通过一数值例子来说明了所得结果的可行性.

A decentralized feedback stable controller was given for a class of linear time varying large scale systems, which are nonlinear interconnected and uncertain. This controller has strong robustness. When the uncertain bounds are unknown, the designed controller by using estimated bounds either is excessively conservative or make the system unstable, and the nonlinear controller only can make the system practically stable. But the introduction of dynamic states feedback controller avoids the these shortages....

A decentralized feedback stable controller was given for a class of linear time varying large scale systems, which are nonlinear interconnected and uncertain. This controller has strong robustness. When the uncertain bounds are unknown, the designed controller by using estimated bounds either is excessively conservative or make the system unstable, and the nonlinear controller only can make the system practically stable. But the introduction of dynamic states feedback controller avoids the these shortages. Finally, simulations show that the results are effective.

给出了一类具有非线性关联和不确定性的线性时变大系统的分散反馈镇定控制器的设计方法·研究结果表明 ,所设计的控制器具有较强的鲁棒性 ,动态状态反馈控制器的引入 ,避免了在系统不确定项界未知的情况下 ,采用估计界所设计的控制器的过分保守性或不能使系统稳定 ,采用非线性控制器仅能得到系统实用稳定的不足·仿真结果表明 ,其方法是有效的
