M_a(T) and M_b(T) were Calculated for two different GdCoMo films, whose M_s(T) and K_u(T)have been known from experiments and the shape of their M_s(T) are quite different. The M_a(T) of both films correspond to the M_s(T) curves of GdCoMo films containing some more Gd contents than that of the specimens. M_b(T) of both films exhibit M_s(T) character of Co rich films. Some dependence of K_u on various deposition conditions are explained. By means of the mean-field analysis it is demonstrated that the calculated spin angular moment of Co S_(co)(O) at O K, exchange interaction energies J_(Co-Co) and J_(Co-Gd) are apparently dependent on the estimated volume fraction V_c of nonmagnetic network. With increasing V_c, S_(co)(O) and J_(Co-Gd)monotonically decrease, while J_(Co-Co) increases. In crystalline FeNi films deposited at normal indidence in the presence of a magnetic field, the constant of the in-plane magnetic uniaxial anisotropy is given by where K_(ap) is the part due to atomic pair ordering, (9λ_tλ_rE)/[4(l+μ)] arises from condition of fixed strain of magnetostriction and (14M_t~2M_T~2b)/γ comes from anisotropy of the distances between neighbouring grains parallel to the film plane, which is the result of shape anisotropy of grains and isotropic distribution of grains in the plane. In the formula, t is the temperature of the substrate during deposition, T is the temperature at the time of measurement of K(?), EisYoug's modulus,μ is Poisson's ratio, b is the distance between neighbouring grains in the plane, γ is surface tensile of the grains, and λ is constant of magnetostriction. M_t~2M_T~2 must be replaced by M_T~4 for small grain films. The calculated dependence of both composition and temperature ise in good agreement with experiments.

本文利用透射电镜中的双倾台绕C轴旋转晶体,唯一地确定了Ni-P非晶膜晶化后生成成分约为Ni_(2.2)P的针状亚稳相具有六角点阵,a=6.73A,c=9.42A。堆垛类型为AA…。(001)平面的高分辨点阵象以及衍射斑点沿C方向拉长成条纹均表明晶体存在一维无序错排。
