本文报道了磁场对家兔精子生长发育和寿命的影响。实验结果表明,在旋磁作用下(表面静磁场为2000GS)与对照组比较,不活动、死亡和畸形的精子百分率均有不同程度升高;而精子密度及其活力明显下降;精子形态改变明显,经磁场处理后,约有70%的精子成为相互粘连或颈部膨大的畸形精子。可见磁场对家兔精子的生长发育具有明显的抑制作用,且具可逆性。有可能成为男性节育方法之一。

Two weeks after administration, marked changes have been found in semen liquefaction times viscosity, viability rate, forward movement, abnormality rate and exfoliated cells. The density of spermatozoa began to drop after 4th weeks, it was below 4×10~6/ml after 10 weeks. Varicus abnormality in sperm head, middle piece, principal piece and end piece was exhibited in SE microscopic studies after 2 weeks。 Thus it can be demonstrated that gossypol not only disturbs spermatogenesis, but also the function of epididymis and accessory genital organs。Therefore the contracepti on standard of sperm density below4×10~6/ml should be modified。We suggest the initial dose of 20mg gossypol daily for 8 weeks is enough, so that the side effects will be dimi- nished and the recovery rate of fertility will be elevated after withdrawing of gossypol。

本文对36列自愿服棉酚者于服药前及服药后每二周进行精液常规及精子形态的扫描电镜观察。结果,精液液化时间、精液粘度、精子活率、精子前向运动、精子畸形率、及落脱细胞于第2周时即已出现改变。精子密度于第4周开始下降,第10周已降至4×10~6/ml以下。扫描电镜也示于服药后2周,精子头、体、尾异常的精子已开始增高。由此表明棉酚除对睾丸生殖上皮有干扰作用外,附属性腺的功能也有干扰。因此过去将精子数在4×10~6/ml以下或零作为避孕指标的观点有待商榷。我们认为棉酚的起效剂量只要每日20 mg共8周即可,这样对减少棉酚副反应和停药后生育力的恢复无疑是有帮助的。
