The change of property is accelerated with raising temperature. A series of aging phenomenon of which color of ABS sheet changes to dark and the properties go bad has taken place. Macromolecule is broken more easily. Polar group and low molecule has been produced. The tensile strength and impact strength is continuously fallen with L curve. Macromolecular cross-link has been formed much more during the middle and later period of damp & heat air aging. The change of property is slowed down and the strength has gone up again. ABS plastics are belong to the one of which humidity can accelerate the aging. It is suggested that the tensile strength and impact strength of wet ABS sample through hot water aging may be used to judge its damp & heat aging properties. The test condition and qualified target has been determined and be used in related specialized standard.

本文研究了ABS塑料片材和冷却塔部件的耐湿热老化性能。发现ABS塑料在常温水中基本无性能变化 ,升高温度则变化加剧 ,产生颜色变深、力学性能变坏等一系列老化现象。在热水老化中ABS塑料更多地发生高分子断裂 ,生成极性基团和低分子物 ,使之性能变化加剧 ,拉伸和冲击强度呈L型连续下降曲线 ;而在湿热空气老化试验的中后期则更多地形成高分子交联结构 ,使性能变化减缓 ,强度有所回升。因此ABS塑料属于“湿度促进老化类型”。提出以经过热水老化后的ABS塑料湿态试样的拉伸及冲击强度性能项目来评判它的耐湿热老化性能 ,确定了试验条件和性能合格指标 ,已采用在有关的专业标准之中。

To BaTiO_3-based PTCR Ceramics, good ohmic electrode was very important. Experiments indicated that there could form good ohmic contacts between BaTiO_3-based PTCR thermistors and sputtering aluminum, copper, nickel and nickel-based alloys.We compared the properties of PTCR sputtering electrode with others in this paper, and found that sputtering method was a good technique to make electrodes on the BaTiO_3-based PTCR thermistors.At the same time, the experimental results ( including operating costs) were discussed...

 目前在钛酸钡系PTC热敏电阻器的生产过程中,广泛采用烧渗铝、化学镀镍等电极制备方法,但所制备的电极湿热老化及附着力不尽人意。本文采用直流磁控溅射法制备了的PTCR元件的底电极,实现了镍与PTCR瓷片间的欧姆接触,并发现利用溅射法工艺制备了Ni电极的元件电极附着力(垂直拉力>3kg,剪切拉力>0.5kg)及耐湿热老化性能均得到提高,而且溅射工艺的高成本也得到控制,在生产上实现了批量应用(日产量可达3万片)。

A laminating board based on cyanate resin was prepared and its mechanical and dielectric properties were studied.The curing of the resin was accelerated with organic tin and monitored with GPC.Its dielectric constnat and dissipation factor (tan δ) at 1 GHz were 2.8 and 0.006,respectively.The cured resin showed excellent water-boiling and moisture resistances,thus is suitable for application of high frequency printed circuit boards.

采用有机锡催化剂固化氰酸酯 ,利用未固化树脂的凝胶曲线和DSC曲线确定树脂的固化工艺。表征固化树脂和复合材料的力学性能 ,测试其介电性能。结果表明在 1GHz频率下 ,高频氰酸酯基覆铜板基板的介电常数和介电损耗角正切值分别为 2 .8和 0 .0 0 6,水煮对其性能影响较小 ,表现出优异的耐水煮和耐湿热老化性能 ,能够很好地满足高频印刷电路板的要求。
