For diminishing chrome pollution and increasing utilization of vegetable tannins in light leather manufacturing, the properties of six commercial vegetable tannin extracts (i. e. extracts from Quercus acu-tissima I , Larix gmelini Ⅱ, Albizzia kalkora Ⅲ, Casuarina equisetifolia Ⅳ, Myrica rubra V, Phyllanthus sp. Ⅵ) in Vegetable-Aluminum combination tannage were studied. Goat skins were pretanned with each tannin extract and then retanned with A12(SO4)3. The results obtained show that experiment with extract I gives the highest shrinkage temperature and the lowest tensil strength, and the result with extract I is just on the contrary. The best one is extract Ⅳ, which gives considerable high shrinkage temperature and better tensil strength, extract is also quite good. Both extracts Ⅳ and Ⅵ could be used in Vegetable-Aluminum combination tannage and extracts I , Ⅱ can also be used when mixed in a proper ratio. Pretreatment of the pelt with 1% HCHO before vegetable pretan causes great increase in shrinkage temperature of the leather and the tensil strength of leather formed could be improved by fatliquoring.

研究的目的,为了进一步发展国产栲胶在制革工业上的应用,以代替部分或全部铬鞣剂而减少制革工业中铬盐对环境的污染。本文研究了橡椀(水解类),山槐、木麻黄、落叶松(缩合类),杨梅、抽柑(混合类)等常用的6种国产栲胶,在植—铝结合鞣法中所表现的性质。结果表明:①橡椀的结合鞣革,收缩温度最高,但抗张强度最低。落叶松的结合鞣革,收缩温度最低,但抗张强度最高。收缩温度和抗张强度都比较好的为木麻黄,其次为柚柑。杨梅和山槐的结合鞣革,虽然收缩温度较高,但强度低,故实施植—铝结合鞣法,可以选用水麻黄或柚柑,也可采取将落叶松及橡椀,按一定比例混合使用的办法;②植鞣前进行甲醛预处理,可提高结合鞣革的收缩温度;③加脂可提高成革的抗张强度。

(2) The stress-strain curves at different temperatures may be classified into threeparts,viz.,the elastic range,the"slow flow"range and the"rapid flow"range, and corre-spondingly there are two transition temperatures, i. e., that from elasticity to(incipi-ent)plasticity and that from plastic flow to viscous flow.These transition temperaturesare also closely associated with the Al_2O_3 content,when the Al_2O_3 content is about 70%,these temperatures will be the highest.The order of resistance to strain of the materialsis:grade Ⅱ>grade Ⅰ> grade Ⅲ.The relationships between phase composition and micro-structure of the materials and their stress-strain behaviour are discussed.

本文采用扭转试验法等研究我国水铝石-高岭石型(DK 型)烧结高铝矾土材料的应力-应变特征。实验结果表明:(1)各等烧结高铝矾土材料在低温阶段则性模量都与温度并增;模量增加的幅度与材料Al_2O_3含量有关。(2)不同温度的应力-应变曲线可划分为三个阶段,即弹性阶段、慢速流动阶段和快速流动阶段;相对应地有两个转折温度,即由弹性到塑性的转折温度(T_P)和由塑性流动到粘滞流动的转折温度(T_V)。这两个转折温度也与材料的Al_2O_3 含量密切相关;当Al_2O_3 含量近70%时,两个转折温度最高。材料抗应变能力大小的顺序为Ⅱ等>Ⅰ等>Ⅲ等。还讨论了应力-应变特征与相组成和显微结构的关系。
