本文论述采用超低空垂直摄影技术对西安半坡博物馆大厅内馆藏遗址进行的摄影测量。该工程采用联邦德国OPTON厂的SMK-120立体摄影机摄影,精密测图仪测图,成图比例尺为1:25,等高距为2cm,共制作文物地形图20幅,并进行了非量测象机的摄影测量试验。在此基础上又对实测的1:25进行了缩编,制作了比例尺为1:80的遗址图两幅。同时采用解析空中三角测量作控制点加密试验,其平面精度为±1.5cm,高程精度为±2.5cm。

本文依据海滩所具有的既不同于陆地也不同于海洋的覆盖特性,对一直未能很好解决的淤泥质海滩地形测量问题,提出了航空摄影测量与水深测量相结合的方法。其特点在于滩地地形的平面位置用航测方法处理,高程采用经起算面改化的原始水深资料。试验结果表明,在等高距一米,比例尺1:5万的淤泥质海滩地形图上,其等高线高程中误差为0.38米。

Two methods can be used during remotesensing estimating crop production-reducing rate: 1) to estimate submerging area,depth, lasting time, then to estimte producting-reducing rate, this may be called as direct method ; 2) to avoid producion-reducing element, and using vegetation index as the target of evaluating damages and estimating praduction-reducing rate, this may he called as indirect method. It' S the first time to make qualitative and semiquantitative estimation of Jianghan Plain " July, 1991" Flood damages. The research result has shown that this method is relatively accurate, timely, convenient.Its result is able to provide the research basis and decision-making basis for insurance, civil administration and other government departments.
