In this paper, a study on removing COD in dyeing solution is made. The dyeing so lution is treated respectively by chemical oxidation, catalyze-oxidation and flocculation-catalyze oxidation. The factors which effected the efficiency of removing COD in dyeing solution are studied,such as the choice of catalyztors, the dosages of oxidants, pH datum of dyeing soltions et al. It can be concluded from the experiment that using the catalyzators in chemical oxidating and flocculating processes will promote the effect...

Calcium carbide residue and inferior iron sulphate were employed as defluorider to treat fluoride wastewater in power plant by chemical deposition, complexation and coagulation. The quantity, order of medication and the time of static settlement were investigated. The results showed that the treatment process was simple and economic.
