BIS between Northeastern native pigs and Harbin white pigs in the newborn were significantlydifferent. Differences for other weight ranges were not signifieant. 4. Except for retieuolcyte which was the heighest in Landrace, slightly lower in San Jiang and the lowest in Native Pigs, there were no sex nor breed differences in all other parameters.

The Hydroxymethyl-urea is a new type of nonprotein-nitrogen, feed additive, which contains 39-41% of nitrogen. The purpose was to identify the changes of energy transport in form of glucose , the rates of protein degradation and i'at motivation as effected by porcine somatotropin.Seventy-two Beijing Black pigs with similar body weight ( about 60 kg ) and birth date were selected(36 gilts and 36 barrows ) .After 10 days adaptation to experimental condition, the pigs were divided into 4 groups ( for each group, there were 9 gilts and 9 barrows ) .The treatments included 14% and 16% diet protein content, zero and 2 mg/pig/day somatotropin injection for 28 days. There was no effect of diet protein and sexuals on plasma biochemical parameters. The porcine somatotropin treatment enhanced plasma glucose ( P<0.01 ) from 147.40±29.76 and 147.43±24.76mg/dl to 115.39±29.09 and 112.69±18.12 mg/dl;The treated pigs had lower plasma NPN ( 30.57±6.01 and 31.86±9.05mg/dl)than controls(34.02±7.20 and 40.04±6.99mg/dl ) ( P<0.10, P<0.05).The plasma free fatty acids concentration increased markedly in porcine somatotropin treated pigs ( 558.58±384.33 and 517.72± 281.42μEq/L)compared with those of con-trols( 270.13±111.93 and 292.00±108.72nEq/L) .The results suggested that porcine somatotropin inhibited protein degradation and facilitated fat motivation, at the same time shiftep glucose from adipose tissue to muscles.

本试验选择体重60千克左右、出生日期相近的北京黑猪72头(阉公猪和母猪各半),分为4组。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组饲喂蛋白含量14%的饲料;Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组饲喂蛋白含量16%的饲料。当猪体重约为55~65千克时开始,Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组每天注射1ml 75mM NaHO_3为对照组;Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组每天注射猪基因工程生长激素1ml(含2mg)。注射28天后采血测定其血浆中葡萄糖、非蛋白氮和游离脂肪酸含量。结果表明:注射猪生长激素可使猪血糖和血浆游离脂肪酸含量升高(P<0.01);而使血浆非蛋白氮含量下降(其中16%蛋白饲料组差异显著,P<0.05)。在本实验条件下饲料蛋白含量和性别对猪血浆葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸和非蛋白氮含量无明显影响。本文还对这些变化的意义进行了讨论。
