     In this paper,a comprehensive model of pollutant emission and desulfurization during the pyrolysis and gasification of coal in a steam fluidized bed was developed based on several single process models,such as coal pyrolysis model,fluidization model and the model of gas-solid reaction between hydrogen sulfide and desulfurizer,etc. The calculated results were also analyzed according to the model mentioned above. The method to estimate model parameters using experimental data with relevant random errors was studied.
     本文在流态化模型、热解模型、硫化氢与脱硫剂气固反应等单一过程模型基础上,建立了水蒸汽流化条件下煤热解气化过程中污染物释放与脱硫综合模型,分析了模型计算结果,并对当实验数据含有相关随机误差时的参数识别方法进行了考察,为实验装置设计和测量系统的选择提供了依据。

    本文在实验室条件下对赤峰的两种褐煤进行了煤热解气化实验研究,考察了气化室温度和流化状态等实验条件变化对煤气产率、组分的影响,得到了具体条件下的煤气化综合过程实验数据。同时在煤热解、焦碳以及多组分气体之间的气化、流态化等单一过程模型的基础上对上述煤气化实验过程建立了综合过程模型。通过实验结果与模型预测的比较,采用非线性规划方法,识别出综合模型中的主要模型参数,从而使综合模型可以对于某一煤种在一定实验条件范围内进行可靠预测,结果表明这种参数识别方法是研究复杂过程的有效方法。
