Results NO and SS of hippocampus decreased(P<0.01) and Y maze test times increased(P<0.01) significantly after the microinjection of L NA. The level of NO was positively correlated with that of SS,and the content of NO and SS were negtively correlated with test times of learning and memory respectively. Conclusion A normal level of NO and SS in hippocampus is foundermental for normal function of learning and memory. NO regulates the level of SS to promote the process of learning and memory.

目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)和生长抑素 (SS)在学习记忆过程中的作用及相互作用。方法 大鼠海马微量注射一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)抑制剂 N-ω-硝基 - L -精氨酸 (N -ω- Nitro- L - Arginine,L - NA )后采用 Y型电迷宫观察大鼠学习记忆能力的改变 ,以硝酸还原酶法测定海马 NO含量 ,以放射免疫法测定海马 SS含量 ,并进行学习记忆能力、NO含量和 SS含量相关性分析。结果 海马微量注射 L - NA组大鼠与生理盐水对照组和正常对照组比较 ,海马中 NO、SS含量明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,Y型电迷宫测试次数明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,L - NA组大鼠海马 NO水平和SS水平呈显著正相关 ,NO、SS水平均与 Y型电迷宫测试次数呈显著负相关。结论 海马中 NO、SS水平的正常是机体实现正常学习和记忆过程的重要因素 ;NO可能通过调节 SS的合成和释放 ,共同促进学习和记忆过程

Methods Ninety-eight rats were randomly divided into 3 groups.In group A,anesthesia was induced with fentanyl 0.2mg/kg and droperidol 5mg/kg without operation. In group B, all rats underwent splenectomy. Y-maze test was used to observe space learning capability on the 1st、3rd and 7th day after surgery, meanwhile the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in hippocampus were measured.Results...

Objective To study the effects of surgery on space learning capability and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the hippocampus of rats. Methods Ninety-eight rats were randomly divided into 3 groups.In group A,anesthesia was induced with fentanyl 0.2mg/kg and droperidol 5mg/kg without operation. In operation groups,the expression ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 was significantly higher on the 1st than that on the other two days.(P<0.01).Conclusion Acute injury of surgery can impair learning and memory abilities of rats, which may be related to the increase of expression ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 in the hippocampus.

目的探讨手术创伤对大鼠空间学习记忆能力及海马内抗凋亡基因Bcl2和促凋亡基因Bax蛋白表达的影响。方法SD大鼠98只随机分为三组:麻醉组(A组,n=42)、手术组(B组,n=42)、正常对照组(C组,n=14)。A、B组各分3个亚组A1、A3、A7组和B1、B3、B7组(每组14只),分别在麻醉或手术后1d或3d或7d用Y型电迷宫测试大鼠的学习记忆能力,同时用免疫组织化学方法观察海马内Bcl2和Bax蛋白的表达。结果(1)学习记忆能力测试表明:B1组的刺激电压明显高于其余各组(P<0.01)。B1、B3组大鼠Y迷宫的学习记忆成绩明显下降(P<0.01)。B7组学习记忆能力与A组相似。(2)A组、C组海马内无Bax、Bcl2表达,B组Bax、Bcl2的表达均增多,B1组Bax/Bcl2比值明显增高(P<0.05)。结论手术创伤可暂时影响大鼠的空间学习记忆能力,与海马Bax、Bcl2表达增多、Bax/Bcl2升高有关。

Objective: To investigate effect of antenatal glucocorticoid on the development and spatial leaning of rats.Methods: Pregnant rats were given intramuscular dexamethasone(0.48 mg/kg·dose) after 18 days' gestation,q.4h,a course contains four doses,for three days.A single course group and control group received equivalent volume of sterile saline.After neonatal rat were delivery,the body weight,brain weight,the water content of brain tissue were measured at the first day of birth and followed on 3th and 42th day,and the spatial learning of neonatal rat were measured by Y-type maze test.Results: Compared with control group,the development of brain and body of multiple courses group lagged,and the ability of spatial learning decreased.Conclusion: From this animal study,there is a growing evidence that repeat GC exposure in antenatal can have life-long effects on the developmeng of neonatal rats.

目的:观察产前不同疗程糖皮质激素引起的后代仔鼠生长发育和空间学习能力的改变,探讨多疗程激素对后代脑发育的影响。方法:孕鼠于怀孕第18 d开始每天肌注地塞米松0.48 mg/kg.次,4h1次,4次为一疗程,连用3 d;单疗程与对照组以同等容积生理盐水代替。取后代仔鼠分别于生后第1、第3、第42天测量体重、大脑重量、脑组织含水量与单疗程及对照组比较,并运用Y-型电迷宫测试42 d仔鼠空间学习能力。结果:在产前应用多疗程的糖皮质激素后,仔鼠的生长发育滞后于对照组,空间学习能力下降。结论:孕期过量的糖皮质激素对后代的发育有影响。
