The unified color sets, individual color sets and hierarchy structural tree are applied to establish a conceptual design product information model. Three kinds of restrictions of the information model are analyzed and formalized by employing the relation matrix of unified colors and individual colors. A formalized method of reasoning process for product conceptual design is proposed, and the process from product function demands to method atom is developed. The reasoning process result is prepared for the next process for evaluation and optimization. An example of isolation system is provided for the further explanation of the above theory. It is verified that the method enables to construct the information model rapidly for a product conceptual design, and offers a totally new idea to knowledge creativity.

应用多色集合理论的个人颜色、统一颜色和递阶结构树建立了产品的概念设计递阶结构信息模型,分析了概念设计产品信息模型中的三类约束关系,并用统一颜色和元素个人颜色之间的的模块布尔矩阵对这些约束关系进行了形式化描述.提出了产品概念设计推理过程的形式化方法,实现了从产品功能需求到方案元表示的可行方案的推理过程,并把推理结果提供给下层设计进行优选和评估.最后,以隔振系统的概念设计为例验证了该方法.研究结果表明,该方法可以快速地对产品概念设计进行信息建模,为知识创新提供了一个全新的思路.
