In this paper, the (status of) several problems of hierarchical control are surveyed. 本文论述了近几年关于递阶控制的几个问题。全文分四节。第一节较详细地介绍了从无限维凸规划出发提出的辅助问题原则和松弛原则,根据这两个原则形成的统一方法可以推导出若干分解-协调算法。第二节介绍了用递阶方法离线地计算线性和非线性系统的闭环控制律,并对稳态系统的在线控制问题作了较详细的介绍。第三节论述了Stackelberg策略在递阶控制中的应用。第四节介绍了两种递阶系统状态估计的算法。

Environmental quality evaluation system consists of many subsystems. It is a complex and multilevel system. The comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality concerns various aspects. In this paper two comprehensive ideas—degree of satisfaction and confidence are discussed. The subordination functions are constructed on the basis of environmental indices. Then the quantitative evaluation of the general environmental quality is carried out.

When manpower planning is carried out, the replenishment tactics that is chosen should make the age structure reasonable for the consecutive and stable development of the specialized manpower contingent. Inthis paper,, the standard mode of the age structure is derived, the model of age structure and replenishment for the specialized manpower planning and with high dimension and inequality constraints is built, and a three level decomposition-coordination algorithm for the optimal planning is put forward based on the decomposi t ion-coordinat inn techniques in large scale systems theory. The fast convergence and the feasibility of the presented methods are proven by a practical example.

年龄结构是专门人才群体素质的重要指标之一。为使专门人才队伍持续稳定发展,在进行人才规划时,补充策略的选择应使年龄结构尽可能趋于合理。本文导出了专门人才队伍年龄结构的基准模式,构造了年龄结构和补充量最优规划的数学模型。基于大系统理论中递阶系统优化的目标协调法,提出了年龄结构和补充量最优规划的3级分解协调法。实例计算表明,应用本文提出的方法可以得到满意的规划结果并在计算上有较快的收敛速度。
