依据自动控制理论中的小信号理论,小电流TIG焊的电弧具有线性系统的特征。在此基础上,通过研究小电流TIG焊电弧的物理特性,建立了电弧的数学模型,然后利用功能强大的仿真软件MATLAB\SIMULINK建立了仿真模型。在仿真研究中,重点分析了脉冲电流和脉冲TIG焊电弧的时间常数对仿真结果和电弧动态特性的影响。仿真结果与试验结果十分相近,与相关文献的理论分析也相符,从而为分析、研究小电流TIG焊电弧的动态特性提供了一条新的途径。
