本工作定量测定了2-乙烯基吡啶-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-铑络合物的烯烃催化加氢性能与共聚物配体序列结构的关系。同时根据共聚物的微结构三元组分布数据对催化剂的络合状态进行了探讨。实验结果证明,催化剂的活性随共聚物配体中以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为中心的三元组F_(MMM),F_(MMV+)含量增加而提高。而稳定性则随以2—乙烯基吡啶为中心的三元组F_(VVV),F_(VVM+)含量增加而提高。

Polymer catalyst obtained by radiation grafting is ahigher active hydrogenation catalyst for olefines and better antitoxic than that ofone obtained by chemical method. and it has selectivity for bydrogenation catalyst.

本文采用预辐照接枝工艺研究了在无机物(氧化镁、Y型分子筛、二氧化硅等)上接枝丙烯腈,并以此为配位体的钯络合物高分子催化剂。X线光电子能谱(XPS)的研究结果表明,MgO-g-PAN-Pd(辐射接枝法)的C_(12)和O_(1?)窄谱比Mg—PAN—Pd(化学聚合法)变宽,而且多一个峰。据文献报导,该峰应归于—O—C—集团,因此MgO与丙烯腈的辐射接枝,可能是在MgO中的氧原子与丙烯腈中的β-碳原子之间进行的。用辐射接枝得到的高分子催化剂对烯烃的加氢活性和抗毒性均比用化学法担载在无机物表面上的聚丙烯腈—钯络合物催化剂要好些,而且对不同的烯烃催化加氢有一定的选择性。

本文研究了Pd/活性炭催化剂对烯烃催化加氢的性能,考察了双键碳原子上取代基与加氢速率的关系,探讨了添加吡啶系列化合物对加氢速率的影响,添加吡啶类化合物可提高烯烃的加氢速率;烯烃催化加氢速率随吡啶类化合物N原子上的电子密度Q_M增大而增大。并证明取代基团从双键碳原子上吸电子或由氮原子向金属钯供给孤对电子,都有利于Pd对>C—C<π~*轨道反馈电子而活化了双键。
