    25 cases of myelodysplastic syndrom (MDS) including refractory anemia with excess of blasts (RA-EB), refractory anemia with excess of blasts in transformation (RAEB-T) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) were divided at random into two groups, namely A and B. They were treated either with differentiation inducing agents (A) or with differentiation inducing agents plus FLI(B), resulting finally in a remission rate of 41.6%(5/12) and 69.3%(9/13), respectively. Repeated examinations of bone marrow histology and chromatins revealed various degrees of recovery, especially in the cases of group B. The therapeutic effects in the cases of group B were much better than those in the cases of group A, and the mortality in the cases of group B was lower than that in the cases of group A. The therapeutic effects seemed to be closely related to the number of treatment courses, addition of supportive therapy and active prevention of complications such as infections and bleedings. Multiple FLI may help DI promote the recovery of hematopoietic function, thus helping the patients tide over the perils of infections and bleedings.

    报告原始细胞过多的难治性贫血(RAEB)、转化中的RAEB(RAEB-T)和慢性粒单细胞性白血病(CMML)25例,随机分成A及B组,分别采用诱导分化剂诱导分化剂加胎肝细胞输注(FLI)治疗,缓解率分别为41.6%(5/12)和69.3%(9/13)。骨髓病理及染色体复查均有不同程度恢复,尤以B组较为突出,且其疗效明显高于A组,死亡率却较低。疗效高低似乎与疗程长短,有无附加支持疗法和积极防治感染、出血等并发症密切相关,多次FLI可能有助于诱导分化和促进造血功能的恢复,利于患者渡过感染与出血等危险时期。
