A two-dimensional model has been developed. It contains cumulus dy-namic equations and a vorticity equation .According to these equations, numerical experiments have been done, the results are as follows;

It is suggested that active regions of strong earthquakes M≥6 are under the control of lithosphere thickness: the fault only occurred at the some thickness of lithosphere controls the position of epicentre. As the material activities of asthenosphere are related to the history of neighboring plate action and the active region of convection cell changes with time, in the seismicitive region changes will take place.

本文根据“由浅入深”、“由静到动”的研究方法,分析了我国大陆的地球物理、地球化学以及地质发展历史的实际资料,把地震活动与深部物性活动联系起来,提出了M≥6级地震在空间上的活动范围受岩石圈厚度控制;断层只在一定岩石圈厚度范围内对强震震中的位置起控制作用。由于软流层的物质活动与相邻板块活动的历史有关以及对流单体活动区随时间的变化,因此地震活动也将发生变化。地震是地质作用的结果,强地震的活动也是地球内部物质活动的表现。研究地震活动与地球动力学的关系,是一个非常重要的课题。

This squall line formed in a large convective cluster in the ITC. The Convergence line that is almost perpendicular to the squall line is very important for its devoloping and intensification. It seems a resource area of new Convection cell near the intersection between two systems. The convective cell entered into the squall line from its front and moved backward relative to it. In the evolution of each convective cell, the curves of area variability (or strength) with single peak or two peaks were the most. There are two sorts of movement in the squall line. Because the LE's were captured by the squall line it makes very clear that the squall line appear to discontinuous jump forward. Precipitation falling from the trailing anvil accounted for 33% of the total rain from the squall line.

用数字雷达分析了1974年8月9日至10日通过GATE站网的一次热带颮线过程。发现它产生于并在热带辐合带中移行,和颮锋近于正交的辐合线上已存在的回波带对颮线的发展和加强起着重要作用,两条线的交点处是对流单体产生和发展的源地。新单体产生在颮锋区前部而消失在其后部,在移动过程中它们的强度和面积主要呈单峰型或双峰型两种变化。在热带颮线移动中也存在着两种速度,颮锋的不连续跳跃是由于新单体从锋前并入所造成。在这次过程中砧云区降水约占过程总量的33%。
