结合南昌钢铁公司配电系统实际,从合理选配变压器、采用节能性用电设备、合理进行无功补偿、电动机变频调速、负荷逐级平衡、考虑溢度减少发热、选用节能性连接器具、保持和提高电气设施的绝缘等级、建立降损制度和考核办法、加大用电监察和管理力度、加强计量统计管理等几个方面,列举了技术降损和管理降损的节能途径。

电能量监控系统采用通用分组无线业务(GPRS)公用网络,是集防窃电、实时在线监测用电参数、用电分析、提高原计量装置精度于一体的新产品,减少用电管理工作量和管理费用,提高用电监察的针对性和效率。结合具体实例,将电能量监控系统应用于用电管理工作中,减少了抄表出车频率,降低了事故隐患,具有极大的社会效益。

Starting with the work of power usage supervision,this paper emphatically analysed the work of anti-stealing power.It clarrified and probed into the phenomenon of stealing power,the situation and problems in power usage supervision,and the strategy and method of counterattacking stealing power.

从当前电力企业用电监察工作入手,着重分析了反窃电工作,对目前存在的窃电现象、用电监察工作现状及面临的问题,以及打击窃电的策略和方法等进行了阐述和探索。
